Anyone know of websites to find, quick budget friendly recipes?

I'm looking for recipes that include pillsbury canned biscuits, a good chili recipe, and a corn bread bowl recipe. Thanks.Anyone know of websites to find, quick budget friendly recipes?

Salmon Bake


1 x 415g can pink salmon (drained and mashed)


2 cups cooked macaroni noodles


陆 cup onion finely diced


戮 cup grated reduced fat tasty cheese


陆 cup frozen corn kernels


陆 cup red capsicum finely diced


1 cup skim milk


2 egg whites


1 whole egg


3 tbsp chopped parsley


陆 tsp dried dill


1 tbsp lemon juice


cooking spray





Preheat oven to 180掳C fan forced. In a large mixing bowl beat milk, egg white and egg together. Add all other ingredients except for the macaroni noodles and cheese, mix well. Fold in the cooked macaroni





noodles and 2/3 of the cheese, combine together. Pour mixture into a quiche or pie dish that has been coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top. Bake for 45 minutes or until browned and set in the middle. Serve hot or cold.





This dish is great in lunch boxes cold or heated in the student microwave and is very budget friendly.
