Are there any good cook books that have recipes that don't need a hundred ingredients?

i don't mind putting a bunch of spices in, but i only cook for me and my husband and i always don't have all of these ingredients that manyy dinner recipes call for, any suggestions? Are there any good cook books that have recipes that don't need a hundred ingredients?
you can look online but I have the Best of the Four Ingrediant cookbook there are some really neat idea in there and its seperated by what kind of meat you want to prepare.

This book has the lowfat, regular, and 2nd book edition recipes in it.

Example: porkchops,mustard,,jelly,brownsugar

on low heat jelly add mustard still slowly add brown sugar pour over porkchops cover with foil and bake for 30 min 350

very good and doesn't get much more easier than that

good luckAre there any good cook books that have recipes that don't need a hundred ingredients?
There is a series of cook books called ';Six Ingrediants or Less.'; The food is good and normal, and completely simple. The author has put out quite a few additions that target different specialties (ie: chicken and fish, pastas, etc.)
