Lipton makes a really good soup/recipe packet... Savory Herb and Garlic. You slice potatoes and carrots and add water and a little bit of olive oil along with the mix and chicken. It only takes 40 minutes to cook and the potatoes and carrots get a nice carmelization on the bottom of them which brings out the sweetness in the vegetables. I use boneless chicken, so I throw in the veggies for 20 minutes, then add the chicken for the last 20. I just made this last night for dinner. The recipe is on the package inside the box of the Lipton mix.Any good recipes for chicken and potatoes?
Start with a stir fry, baked dinner or grilled chicken and potato bake as a side dish.

I like to bake potatoes, pumpkin and carrots, then add to stir-fried chicken pieces and coat with a gravy sauce.
