Any vegan recipes that use frozen strawberries?

I found a bag of frozen strawberries, so I was wondering what I could do with them, other then making a cake, or just putting sugar on them.

But they need to be vegan. =)

Thanks.Any vegan recipes that use frozen strawberries?
I have a recipe for a non-cook strawberry pie, it works best with fresh strawberries but im sure you could use frozen

Its from Christian Pirello

Tropical Fruit Freeze

Serves 8

1 orange, peeled

1 cup frozen banana chunks

1 cup frozen mango chunks, strawberries, cherries, or blueberries

1/2 to 1 cup soy or rice milk

Combine the fruit and 1/2 cup of the vegan milk in a blender. Process until very smooth, stopping the blender occasionally to stir any unblended chunks to the center.

Add a bit more vegan milk for a thinner consistency.
Double Strawberry Shake
Whooo, I can't envision mixing strawberries with meat!

Microwave some chocholate chips and dip them.
I have an awesome strawberry smoothie recipe, totally vegan, as am I...

non-dairy strawberry yogurt

vanilla soy milk

frozen strawberries (don't waste the fresh ones)

ice

Blend all that to the desired consistency. If you need more moisture, add more yogurt or milk. Try not to get it too runny, there's not too much you can do to reverse that besides make a bigger batch all-together.

If you aren't a strict vegan, though I am and I omit this ingredient, you can add honey. Also any recipes you're getting that call for sugar aren't vegan, just so you know. Unless it's raw sugar, you can't have it.

You could also just get a non-dairy whipped topping (such as CoolWhip) and defrost the strawberries in the fridge to keep them cold, fold them into the topping and eat like that. It's light and nice for warm days.
Frozen Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

2-4 ripe (but not overripe) bananas

Water

1/2 - 1 cup other frozen fruit (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, etc.)

Directions:

Peel bananas, slice or break into 1 rounds, and freeze 8 hours or overnight.

Place in blender with a little water and blend at high speed until smooth. Add raspberries or blueberries, etc., and blend.

Additions:

You can use a tablespoon or two of undiluted, frozen fruit juice (this will make it a little sweeter).

Serves: 2-4

Preparation time: 5-10 minutes (blending time)

\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\

2 containers plain Tofutti cream cheese

2/3 cup sugar

4 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup water

1 Tablespoon Egg Replacer

pre-made vegan graham cracker (or granola) crust. Vegan Mousse Pie %26amp; Pie Crust has an easy pie-crust recipe.

Process the plain vegan cream cheese in a food processor. Add the sugar, fresh lemon juice, and salt. Process again and adjust to taste.

In big mixing bowel whisk water and Egg Replacer until it forms almost stiff peaks. Fold in the food processor mixture, and pour into pre-made graham cracker crust.

Preheat oven to 350潞, and bake for about 45 minutes, until it gets a nice golden-brownish skin. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate.

Michael recommends fresh berries on top, or his strawberry topping made by microwaving frozen strawberries with lemon, salt, and sugar to taste. Also, vegan whipped creme, of course. Immediately before serving try spritzing cheesecake with lime juice for the total experience.
If you love smoothies try the strawberries in a blender with other berries if you choose, some ice, and orange juice. Very tasty and even a bit filling.
Thaw them, add sugar and about 1 tablespoon of cornstarch mixed with the juice. Heat until it thickens into a sauce and serve over cake or anything else that might need strawberry sauce.
