There are a lot of things that require milk;

Cheese

Cream

Pie

Cake

Cookies

Frostings (for cakes)

Ice Cream

Waffles

Pancake

Gravy (for chicken, mashed potatoes, etc)

Mashed potatoes

Some creamy sauces

And whichever you wanna write about, you can write whatever you know bout it and then copy and paste the rest from wikipedia! :P

===============Whats some recipes that involve milk?
Often dairy companies will suggest adding milk to normal things to improve them - use this angle.

Scrambled eggs are better if you add some milk to them before cooking - they come out lighter and fluffier.

Adding milk to mashed potatoes makes them creamier and richer - it also makes it easier to get all the lumps out.

It is also a not so well known secret that to make the best bolognese sauce, add a small amount of milk - this balances out the acidity in the tomatoes and makes for a richer smoother consistency.

I think the best thing to do it to make one of these dishes - adding the milk and tell them that the milk makes it better and gives you calcium.

How about Soapa DeLeche Basically Milk Soup, its a spanish dish %26amp; its absolutley easy %26amp; delicious!

All you need is rice %26amp; milk then either cinnamon or sugar to sweeten it or you can use salt depending on the person, most people in my family eat is as a meal but it can also be a desert

All you do is boil some rice then when almost cooked drain it when its still very soft, then add milk to it until it covers just the very top..this is how I do it make sure to stir it every so often, theres other ways to cook it but this is much easier %26amp; it tastes basically the same!

Once the milk is in let it cook for about 15minutes but make sure it doesnt burn!

When thats done you can use both sugar %26amp; cinnamon to give it a sweet flavor if your not looking for sweet then you can try using salt instead..its very delicious %26amp; the rice %26amp; milk become sweet %26amp; compliment eachother, when you first make it you can try it out with either cinnamon/sugar/salt %26amp; see how you like it..anyways GoodLuck!

Ps.If you make a large pot then I Suggest using about 1 cup of sugar %26amp; stir it in to let it cook with the milk then add a bit of cinammon %26amp; mix in as well, when its completly done sprinkle the top with cinammon! mm..yum!

How about pancakes?

stir together in a saucepan until butter is completely melted. Add 1 cup milk, bring to a boil - add cheese as desired (use cheddar or other sharp cheese for best results) stir on a law flame and season with salt, pepper, garlic - and a bit of nutmeg. Combine sauce with macaroni and serve hot.
