What are some nice cold dinner recipes (that don't come in a box)?

There are so many delicious hot food recipes, like chicken soup, curry, different kinds of meats and veggies, stir-fry....but I don't know any good cold dinner recipes.

It's the summer right now....and I like to eat delicious food....but not hot food in an already hot summer (partially due to global warming....).

Any recipes would be appreciated...and when I said ';that don't come in a box,'; I meant the whole meal. Ingredients can come from the box, but not the whole meal.

Thank you, in advanceWhat are some nice cold dinner recipes (that don't come in a box)?

Three bean salad, (Green beans, wax beans and kidney beans mixed with your favorite vinaigrette) and cold cuts from the deli with interesting breads and mustards to make sandwiches from. Or combine lots of salads, like tuna salad, pasta salad, and Cole slaw. Or try grilled cheese sandwiches with gazpacho.

Cook spaghetti then wait for it to cool down then place cut up omlette, tomato, cucumber and ham on top. There is a sauce made up of soya sauce, rice whine vinegar and some sesame oil, this tasted very good on this.
