Any good recipes that require using a Wok?

While digging through my pots and pans I ran across a Wok we were given as a wedding gift...I've only used it a handful of times and its barely seasoned yet.

My question is..what are your favorite recipes that require the use of a Wok? Please share them with me so I can break my little wok in! :)

3. Pour oil into wok (if necessary, add more oil during cooking). Heat over medium high heat. Add green oinions, mushrooms, and garlic to wok. Cook and stir for 1-2 minutes or until tender. Remove from the wok and set aside. Add chicken to wok; cook and stir for 2-3 minutes of until no longer pink. Push chicken from the center of the wok. Stir marinade mixture and add to the center of the wok. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.

4. Return cook veggies to the wok; add water chestnuts, baby corn, and bamboo shoots. Cook and stir for another minute or until head through. Serve with rice.

You can add or take away any veggies that you want, but this is my favorite stir fry recipe to use with my wok! Good luck!Any good recipes that require using a Wok?
