add 1 french onion soup package

Hamburger and potato casserole





Brown 1 lb hamburger and season with salt, pepper,and onion powder. Peel and thinly slice about 6 potatoes. Mix these together with 1/2 bag of frozen corn and 2 cans of Campbells Golden Mushroom soup.Add1 can water or so it isn't too soupy, and then place all in a greased casserole dish and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
Hamburger and Potato Soup





1 1/2 pound hamburger


1 large clove of garlic


1/4 teaspoon pepper


1/2 teaspoon thyme


6 medium potatoes


2 large onions


1 can cream of mushroom soup


1/2 cup water





Cook beef and garlic in skillet until lightly browned. Stir in pepper and thyme. Peel and slice potatoes and onions. Put 1/2 potatoes and onions into buttered crockpot. Add browned beef and top with remaining potatoes and onions. Mix mushroom soup with water and spread over top of contents. Cover. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
