Collard greens recipes anyone?

I would like vegeteranian recipes only.

Thanks!Collard greens recipes anyone?
Rinse the greens and break into pieces. Put them into a pot alone. Then turn the pot on and stir, not adding anything at all for now. NEVER put the lid on the pot and stir until they are cooked.

Take a bit of olive oil and saute in it some garlic, chopped. Add a little salt.Cook a bit longer than normal so the garlic gets just a bit browned but not burned. Mix the olive oil mixture with the greens...wonderful!Collard greens recipes anyone?

You have got to try this recipe! Even if you don't have a pressure cooker, you should be able to adjust the cooking/steaming time accordingly.

It's awesome, and totally vegetarian/vegan.
I take smoked turkey butts and boil with one whole onion for 15 min you don't want the onion to dissolve because you take out after 15 . I also add a few crushed red pepper flakes. I wash and cut my greens add to the pot, I let them boil for 15 min, than I turn it down to med/low flame, and cook until desired tenderness.
Oooer, sorry, but you can't prepare proper collards without a ham hock
