tapas can be anything really. From as simple as marinated Spanish olives to more complex dishes with intentional ingredients that compliment each other.


Just remember that the whole idea of a Tapas is to be small. It could just be something on a toothpick or a small portion of something on a plate to be easily eaten.


Maybe just a shrimp with a piece of spicy sausage.
hi i live in spain so heres a one of our local tappas dishes


1.octopus....boil the octopus for around 30 mins until tender,peel some potatoes and add it to the water with the octopus after it has been boiling 30 mins,when the potatoes are nice and soft remove from the water and drain,cut the octopus into small chuncks and roughly chop the potatoe in with the octopus add lashings of olive oil sea salt and paprika,and serve with crusty bread,delicious
