Does anyone have any quick/easy recipes?

I work 10 hours a day and still have a husband to feed and house to take care of, so like many people, I am very busy! I'd like to prepare more food at home, but sometimes I just have no energy to cook. Any good ideas? Thank you in advance. Bye^^Does anyone have any quick/easy recipes?
This is a simple and tasty meal. Try a beef and macaroni dish. First you need a dish that you would make lasgana in. Prepare a box of Kraft Macaroni and Cheese Delux. Brown about a pound of ground beef and add a jar of spagetti sauce. Then when everything is ready prepare the dish as follows. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Place half of the mac and cheese in the dish and spread it evenly. Then add the meat mixture then top it with the rest of the mac and cheese. Then top it with some shredded mozzeralla cheese and bake it for about 20 to 30 minutes or until it is hot. It may not sound like much but it is good and filling. I hope that I have explained this clearly.Does anyone have any quick/easy recipes?

Homemade spaghetti bolognaise is so quick and easy. Fry some ground beef in a little olive oil with chopped onions, chopped red pepper and a couple of chopped fresh tomatoes, oh, and garlic if you like. Add a can of crushed/chopped tomatoes when the rest are cooked through (doesn't take long) add basil and a little salt and pepper to taste. Leave on a low heat for a short while to get flavors rich.

In the meantime cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the pack (usually boil for ten minutes in slightly salted water). Drain spaghetti and serve on individual plates with bolognese poured over it. Sprinkle parmesan or grated cheddar over the top (I prefer grated cheddar).

It really is easy. This dish is especially popular with men, I find. High in calories though so once a week is enough. You can buy ready made spaghetti sauce but I prefer it home made. It is so easy and much cheaper. Baked potatoes are dead easy too. You just leave them in the oven until they are done and cover them with any number of healthy and delicious toppings, lots of which you can get ready made, like coleslaw, grated cheese, baked beans, prawns in sauce (my husbands favorite) and that kind of thing. Chuck a bit of salad on the plate and hey presto, hearty healthy meal.

(Note- for super delicious potatoes rub with a little olive oil and salt before baking. Bake in oven for best flavor, although they can be done in the microwave. If done in microwave I reccomend finishing them off in the oven otherwise they tend to be soggy.)

Of course the classic meat and two veg (UK staple diet) is always good and easy. Fry/grill sausages, steak, pork chops, whatever and serve with mashed potatoe and steamed carrots, peas, broccoli, whatever. Very quick and healthy.
beans on toast
There is a woman (Marjorie Standish) who puts out cook books I have found here in Maine that are VERY simple and also are great because they use items you already have in your kitchen - no funky spices to chase after or weird dishes needed! I attached the website below for you. Definatly worth looking into, I myself work lots of hours and can alsways find something easy and satisfying for my hubby and I! Good luck!

really quick and yummy...

ingredients:

fresh pasta

smoked bacon (pack of 8 slices)

button mushrooms (about 4 hand-fulls)

tub of creme fraiche (about 200-250g)

whole grain mustard/french mustard

2 tablespoons olive oil

method:

cook the fresh spaghetti or tagliatelle in (buy fresh cos better, nicer and cooks quicker).

while the water is boiling for the pasta/pasta cooking:

roughly chop up the bacon into small pieces (about 3cm square), fry this in the olive oil. when the bacon's cooked add the mushrooms (sliced)and cook these. when the mushrooms are cooked reduce the heat so it's really low and add the creme fraiche, immediately stir in the creme fraiche (it looks like everythings gone wrong at first but quickly becomes a really nice looking sauce). let the sauce bubble for a minute (no longer) then add 2 teaspoons of the mustard and stir in.

drain the pasta, which has cooked while you did the sauce, and pour the sauce over the pasta and serve with some nice crusty bread.

this recipe takes about 10 mins to cook and is really nice.
Hi!

Here is one from Bulgaria ;o)))

Take an egg and mix it with cheese till u get a pasty mixture.

Then take several slices of bread, spread them thinly with margarine and then spread also the mixture on them.Make the spreading several milimeters thin, so that u can bake them in the oven.

Put them in the oven and get them out when they become light brown. Voila!

It's very tasty and takes just 15 minutes.

I like to use www.kraftfoods.com/kf. There are a lot of quick recipes. One of my favorites is foil pack dinners. I also have an easy baked spaghetti recipe that is very easy. Slow cookers are great, but I always seem to screw those up by over or under cooking. Chilli is easy too.
