Does any body have good appetizer recipes?

I'm having a little party Saturday night and need some ideas. Nothing with seafood though, they don't like it.Does any body have good appetizer recipes?
MEATBALLS - bind together mince beef with bread crumbs and thinly diced onions and some salt and pepper, then dust the rounded meatball with some flour and put into the oven until the meatballs are golden brown and cooked throughout!

you could buy a salsa dip to go with the meatballs or just mix some sour cream in a bowl with a little salt and cut up chives?

BRUCHETTAS - cut a french bread stick into equal slices, rub tomato puree into bread slice then grate cheese into the top with some sprinkled mixed herbs! put under grill to melt cheese the ready? takes less than 5 Min's!

you could also make garlic bread this way too, by grating some garlic into some butter with mixed herbs then spread on bread and grill until garlic butter has melted.

MINI KEBABS - get cocktail sticks and put desired meat on them like beef, pork or chicken and lamb cut into small cubes? then add them to the cocktail sticks along with cut up peppers, onions, mushrooms and boiled potatoes and tomatoes? put in a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil (extra virgin) little salt and pepper and you can add a little chilli powder to them if you like it? it make them a little more interesting? or maybe curry powder if you prefer?

remember to soak the cocktail sticks in some cold water first before baking so they dont burn and go black?

ONION RINGS? - make batter, flour milk and 1 egg. until you got a nice consistancy for frying? add a little more flour if to thin and a little more milk if too thick? slice onion into rings then dip the rings into the batter and fry in a deep fat fryer until the batter is golden brown!! you can also add curry powder, chilli flakes, chilli powder, garlic powder, or pepper to the batter to make them more interesting?

hope i have given you some nice ideas? xDoes any body have good appetizer recipes?
Bacon Wrap Breadsticks

1/2 pound thin-sliced bacon

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 box (4.4 ounces) garlic breadsticks

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 425 F. Place a metal baking rack inside a shallow 10 x 15-inch baking tray.

Slice each bacon strip in half lengthwise and sprinkle one side with grated Parmesan cheese. Wrap the bacon strips spirally around each breadstick and place on horizontal to the wires on the baking rack so they don't fall through.

Bake 12 to 15 minutes, until bacon is cooked. Sprinkle hot bacon-wrapped breadsticks with additional Parmesan cheese. Let cool before serving.

I worked for a small catering shop and these are a few we made
A Cheese %26amp; peperoni tray goes quite well, we like to use garlic cheese %26amp;/or pepper cheese.

A veggie tray is always a plus.

Peperoni rolls are good to. Buy some frozen self rising roll. Follow the instructions on the bag to rise them. Flatten with your hands and stuff with cheese %26amp; peperoni. Then roll into a ball, and bake according to instructions on bag. Serve with marinara sauce on the side.

Home made salsa and tortilla chips

Rotel %26amp; Spicy Velveta server with tortilla chips
I posted this appy idea on another question, I saw it at a baby shower and thought it was a wonderful idea:

Greek Salad Skewer

Need:

-Longer Toothpicks (shorter then a bbq skewer, possibly cut the bbq -skewer in half?)

-Cherry Tomatoes

-Green Pepper

-Cucumber

-Greek olives

-Feta Cheese Balls

-Antipasto

-Pizza Bagels

-Chicken strips

-Artichoke and Crap Dip, or baked cheese dip

-Nachoes and cheese done in the oven

-Torilla chips, sour cream and salsa

-Mushroom caps

-Greek Dressing (home made or bought your choice)

Cut veggies (minus the tomatoes) into cubes and put in a bowl put in your greek dressing and let sit in the fridge for a bit.

Get your Skewers and skewer one each veggy, and olives and cheese (its important to your the feta cheese that is already rolled in a ball or else it will fall apart)

Once all your skewers are done, drizzle extra greek dressing for taste

Hope this is a good idea for you, when I have company my favs to put out are:

A meat platter

A cheese platter

A veggie platter and dip

Some fruit

Tzaki Dip and Pita
