1 tablespoon chili powder

2 teaspoons minced seeded jalape帽o pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

1/4 teaspoon pepper

Cooking spray

4 (3/4-ounce) slices reduced-fat Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese

Preparation

Combine first 9 ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Divide mixture into 4 equal portions, shaping into 1/2-inch-thick patties.

Prepare grill. Place patties on grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 6 minutes on each side or until done. Place 1 cheese slice on top of each patty; cover and grill an additional minute or until cheese melts.

Spread 1 tablespoon of sour cream over top half of each bun, and set aside. Place patties on bottom halves of buns; top each with lettuce, tomato, onions (if desired), and top half of bun.
Chicken Parmesan.

you mix italian bread crumbs and grated Parmesan together and coat boneless chicken breasts with egg and milk and then the crumb mixture and bake in a glass dish. While those are baking you boil noodles of your choice I prefer the bigger hollow ones (not sure what they are called) then when the chicken is done baking you pour marinara sauce over the top and lay sliced mozzarella cheese on top stick it back in the oven until the sauce is heated and the cheese is melted. serve over the noodles. It only takes about thirty minutes prep time and then however long it takes for your chicken to cook. If you use plastic bags to coat the chicken with then clean up is quick also.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Bake 2 skinless chicken breasts basted with canola oil, salt/pepper, a dash of garlic powder, and a dash of cumino for 20 minutes.

At the start of the baking time, heat a Tbsp of canola oil in a frying pan over med/high heat. Add a cup of uncooked white rice and stir with a wooden spoon until golden brown. Add water until it covers the rice by a 1/2 inch. Add 2 Goya Tomato cubes and stir until dissolved. Add 1 diced white onion, 1 diced green bell pepper. I love stuffed vol au vents.

Ingredients are as follows:

Chopped cooked chicken, small tin corn kernels, chopped cooked bacon pieces, small tub light cream, grated tasty cheese, plenty of fresh chopped chives, salt and pepper to taste.

Mix all the ingredients together and pile it up in vol au vent cases. Pop in the oven and cook for about 15-20 minutes or till brown on top and hot.

Very yummy!
I like the ';5 Ingredients Or Less'; recipes; run a search for that. Go to Google and run a search for Quick 'N Easy recipes. You don't have to use a ton of spices, herbs and exotic seasonings to get good taste and flavor, just know what you want and how to get it. And you get that from experience... trial 'n error. Eventually, you come to understand what flavors you want and how to get it.
Take some jam of strawberry flavor and add milk how much u need.

Then put in the mixer grinder and mix it well, after cut some fruits and add it and keep some time in refrigerator and for u special fruits jammy will be ready.
