Who leaves at sea level that can help with baking powder amounts on recipes?

I have bake many cakes in cities that are not at sea level and since I moved to the Island my cakes do not grow any more. Do you know how much more baking powder should I use or what changes should I do to the recipe? ThanksWho leaves at sea level that can help with baking powder amounts on recipes?
if you are using recipes from a book you should follow the recipe.

I did a google search for ';adjusting recipes for high altitude baking';

and if you look at it, you could do the opposite of what it says. basically you would increase the baking powder, if that were the problem.

but books normally use measurements for moderate (around) sea level.
